Refund Policy

  • We proudly offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for all our outdoor furniture Products! If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your product, you can simply send it back to us in its original condition. Upon receipt, we'll initiate a refund for your purchase.

  • All Structures are non refundable. If you have any issues with your structure please email us at info@allaboutpoly.com

  • Please note that our return policy has a duration of 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your product arrived, regrettably, we won't be able to provide a refund or exchange.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same pristine condition in which you received it. If applicable, it should also be accompanied by its original packaging.

Returns (If applicable)

  • To initiate a return please email us at info@allaboutpoly.com and we will guide you through the return process.
    *Please note all customized goods are exempt from being returned*.

  • To facilitate your return process, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase. It's important to note that you shouldn't send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, get in touch with us, and we'll guide you on where to send the item.

  • partial refunds may be granted in certain situations.  Once we received and inspected the returned product we will email you notifying you of the approval or denial of the return. If approved a refund will be processed and applied on the original method of payment within 72 hours. •If any items you received is defective or damaged. We will replace it at no cost to you. Depending on the situation we will either replace the item completely or send replacement parts to resolve the situation.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item (Unless item was defective or damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide shipping labels for returns. 

  • When returning large orders we recommend adding shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your return nor are responsible for the product not arriving.
